Job Description

• Quality Monitoring: - Assist in the monitoring of transactions to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Conduct regular audits and evaluations of transactional processes. Along with Ops Managers, conduct RCAs & define CPAs to mitigate slippage of errors .Drive ‘Reduction in Customer Comebacks.

• Data Analysis: - Analyze transaction data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.• Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management.

• Process Improvement: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements in transactional processes.• Contribute to the development and refinement of quality assurance methodologies.

• Training Support: - Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for staff on quality standards and best practices.• Provide guidance and support to team members on quality-related inquiries.

• Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all transactional quality processes comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.

• Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes.
