Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for managing Hard Disk Drive (HDD) inventory spread across numerous customer teams which includes loading and unloading drives in customer systems.
• Responsible for tracking and recording inventory; providing general lab support, packaging, shipping, and receiving.
• Executes customer testing (including performance benchmarks and electrical tests), updating firmware, and reporting problems as they occur to the engineering team.
• Adheres to SIT lab test procedures and communicate written and verbal status.
