Technician IV, Manufacturing (Process Technician)
Job Description
As a Technician IV, Manufacturing, you will be responsible for supporting production quality, process optimization, and equipment qualification within the manufacturing environment. Your key responsibilities include performing KIV checks on critical tool parameters, conducting equipment qualifications following setup and conversion activities, supporting yield improvement initiatives led by process engineers, and assisting with experimental builds and engineering trials. You also provide technical support in resolving quality issues for both internal and external customers, participate in ASM line OCAP activities while addressing feedback from backend teams, and build test pieces for line maintenance to ensure stable, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities and Role Accountabilities:
• Performs KIV checking for the tool critical parameters such as clamping speed, picker teaching, and other defined check items
• Performs other tasks assigned by process engineers for yield improvement
• Support engineer for addressing quality issues for both internal and external customers
• 4upport other experimental builds from PM, slider fab, and other trials
• Attend PIS (stoppage, coordinate for repair and qualification)
• Perform qualification after tool set-up and conversion
• Build test piece for Line maintenance use
