Job Description
As a Technologist, Manufacturing Equipment Technology specializing in sputter media manufacturing, you will serve as the highest-level technical authority and strategic technology leader within the manufacturing organization. This role is equivalent to a Senior Manager level and is responsible for driving long-term manufacturing technology strategies, advanced equipment architecture, factory digitalization, and next-generation manufacturing capabilities across the organization.
You will lead enterprise-level engineering transformation initiatives involving advanced sputtering systems, automation platforms, AI-driven manufacturing, Industry 4.0 integration, and future factory technology roadmaps. The role requires deep expertise in manufacturing equipment technology, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence global engineering organizations, senior leadership teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
As a senior technical leader, you will provide direction for technology standardization, manufacturing innovation, operational excellence, equipment reliability strategy, and future manufacturing competitiveness while mentoring senior engineering talents and strengthening the organization’s technical capabilities.
