Job Description
• Job Summary• To ensure smooth execution of back-end, post-sputter processes in compliance to process specification
• To carry out engineering studies to improve post-sputter processes.
• Essential Duties & Responsibilities• To monitor daily process KPOV and KPIV
• To trigger for process or machine maintenance as scheduled or on ad hoc basis
• To ensure compliance to operating procedures and process parameters
• To carry out evaluations for process improvement
• To ensure quality of parts that leave the process and own up any excursions and action items to mitigate the impact and solve the issue.
