What You'll Do
As an Instructional Designer, you'll play a critical role in elevating employee performance by designing modern, learner-centric training solutions that deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders, trainers, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and performance gaps.
• Design engaging instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning solutions using proven instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM.
• Develop compelling learning journeys, curriculum maps, storyboards, assessments, job aids, and learner resources.
• Create interactive eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other digital learning platforms.
• Transform complex information into clear, engaging, and results-driven learning experiences.
• Design learning content that supports operational excellence, leadership development, compliance, and customer experience initiatives.
• Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, performance metrics, and business impact analysis.
• Continuously improve content based on learner insights, emerging trends, and stakeholder feedback.
• Support Learning Management System (LMS) integration, content deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure all learning materials align with branding, adult learning principles, and accessibility standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality outputs within timeline expectations.
