Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and results‑driven RTR professional with over 12 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent people‑management skills, and the ability to lead teams to deliver high‑quality financial outcomes aligned with business needs.
• This role requires close collaboration with senior leadership and business partners, particularly during critical close cycles.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large RTR team, with prior experience managing teams of at least 20 members.
• Own and drive end‑to‑end Record to Report / Financial Accounting & Reporting (F&A;) processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate month‑end close (MEC), including journals, reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Handle internal and external audits effectively, addressing audit requirements and queries.
• Support consolidation activities and statutory reporting requirements.
• Work closely with senior management, including the Financial Controller, during month‑end and quarter‑end close.
• Proactively manage and resolve escalations from business partners in a timely manner.
• Make sound decisions during challenging situations while maintaining service quality and business continuity.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to help them achieve individual and team goals.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with other process towers such as AP, AR, and T&E; to ensure end‑to‑end financial integrity.
Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end F&A; / RTR processes.

• Good working knowledge of upstream and downstream processes (AP / AR / T&E;).
