Job Description

Saviynt is seeking a Director, Global Partner Marketing to lead a unified worldwide marketing strategy supporting global systems integrators, hyperscalers, channel partners, and technology alliances. Working alongside Saviynt's Partner and Alliances organization, this leader will translate partner business priorities into scalable, regionally relevant go-to-market programs and ensure marketing investments create measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
The Partner and Alliances organization owns partner relationships, commercial priorities, and the overall partner business strategy. Global Partner Marketing serves as its strategic marketing support function: contributing market insight, shaping the marketing approach, advising on investment, and leading activation and measurement. The role will lead a distributed partner marketing team and collaborate closely with Sales, Regional and Field Marketing, Campaigns, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Partner Operations and executive leadership.This is a hands-on, player-coach leadership role requiring someone who can establish the global strategy and operating model while directly shaping and driving high-priority programs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Global Strategy and Operating Model

 

• Own Saviynt's global partner marketing strategy and annual marketing plan in support of

• priorities established with the Partner and Alliances organization.

• Partner directly with regional Marketing, Sales, and Partner leaders to identify

• market-specific opportunities and activate programs against named accounts and pipeline

• gaps.

• Create a global operating model that balances centralized strategy, standards, and

• investment governance with regional ownership and market relevance.

• Establish clear engagement models, planning cadences, decision rights, and service levels

• across global and regional stakeholders.

• Own the marketing components of joint business plans, including target audiences,

• activation plans, mutual marketing commitments, pipeline goals, and success measures.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Partner and Alliances teams, and priority partners to

• develop joint storytelling and increase market visibility through customer proof points,

• executive engagement, thought leadership, and ecosystem campaigns.

 

Integrated Go to Market Programs

 

• Build repeatable, multi-region go-to-market motions that combine campaigns,

• account-based marketing, events, content, digital activation, enablement, and joint selling.

• Translate Saviynt's global campaign and product priorities into partner-ready programs that

• can be adapted across AMS, EMEA, and APJ.

• Partner with regional marketing and sales leaders to identify market-specific opportunities

• and activate programs against named accounts and pipeline gaps.

• Develop scalable playbooks, toolkits, templates, and content that improve execution speed, brand consistency, and partner participation.

• Partner with product marketing and partner teams to strengthen joint storytelling and

• market visibility through customer proof points, executive engagement, thought leadership,

• and ecosystem campaigns.

• Develop joint partner programs that advance Saviynt’s AI and identity security strategy,

• including ecosystem campaigns, solution launches, thought leadership, and

• account-based activation.

 

Pipeline Performance and Investment

 

• Set a global measurement framework for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline,

• opportunity progression, revenue contribution, engagement, and program efficiency.

• Use reporting developed in partnership with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations,

• and Partner Operations to identify which programs are driving pipeline and ROI, and

• present clear performance insights and investment recommendations to Partner, Field,

• and executive stakeholders.

• Distinguish opportunity creation from influence and use both measures to assess partner

• performance and the value of specific investments.

• Own global partner marketing budget planning and allocation in alignment with Partner

• leadership, prioritizing investments according to partner contribution, market potential,

• strategic alignment, and expected return.

• Lead regular performance reviews and QBRs, translating results into recommendations to

• scale, optimize, pause, or redirect investments.

• Translate Saviynt’s global campaign and product priorities into scalable partner-ready

• programs, enabling regional teams to adapt and activate them across AMS, EMEA, and

• APJ.

 

Team and Cross Functional Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop a global partner marketing team with clear priorities,

• accountability, and shared ways of working.

• Serve as the senior strategic marketing advisor and support partner to global and regional

• Partner and Alliances leadership.

• Create a clear intake, planning, and prioritization process so Partner teams understand

• how and when to engage Partner Marketing.

• Drive alignment across Field Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Demand Generation,

• Product Marketing, Communications, Customer Marketing, and SDR teams.

• Represent partner marketing in global planning, campaign, pipeline, and budget forums

• and communicate priorities, results, risks, and opportunities to executives.

• Champion a culture of collaboration, operational rigor, experimentation, and continuous

• improvement across the partner ecosystem.

 

Ecosystem Growth and Innovation

• Identify new ecosystem opportunities that extend Saviynt's reach, strengthen routes to

• market, and create differentiated value for customers.

• Develop models for co-investment and reciprocal partner participation so joint programs

• are supported by shared commitments and clear ownership

• Continuously evolve Saviynt's partner marketing strategy as the identity security, cloud,

• and AI ecosystems change.

WHAT YOU BRING

•

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Significant B2B marketing experience, including leadership of partner, alliance, channel, ecosystem, or integrated go-to-market programs in enterprise technology.

• Demonstrated success building global strategies and operating effectively across regions, cultures, time zones, and matrixed organizations.

• Strong understanding of multiple partner models, including GSIs, hyperscalers, resellers and channel partners, and technology alliances.

• Proven ability to connect strategy and execution to partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline, opportunity progression, and revenue outcomes.

• Experience managing budgets and making investment decisions using performance data, business priorities, and partner commitments.

• Strong people leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.

• Excellent executive communication, planning, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

• Ability to move between long-range strategy and hands-on problem solving in a fast-growing environment.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in cybersecurity, identity security, cloud, enterprise SaaS, or another complex technology category.

• Experience developing joint programs with major cloud providers, global consulting firms, regional channel partners, and technology ecosystem partners.

• Experience with account-based marketing, partner relationship management, Salesforce, marketing automation, and attribution and analytics platforms.

• Experience supporting global launches, executive programs, partner events, and multi-region campaigns.
