Senior Administrative Assistant II
Job Description
This role requires expertise in a variety of work processes through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. Provides in-depth knowledge and expertise in various work processes, autonomously coordinates and guides team members and solves escalated problems. This Senior Administrative Assistant II acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others - but not a supervisor. They will work autonomously within the established Nielsen procedures and practices.
Responsibilities:
• Executive Support• Manage executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and proactively prioritizing meetings based on strategic business goals.
• Coordinate multi-timezone scheduling for internal teams and external clients.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
• Executive expense reporting
• Department Operations• Provide administrative assistance to enhance organizational efficiency
• Coordinate office activities
• Coordinate In-Person Meetings and Even Logistics
• Manage Department Distribution lists and Records
• Support Department communications
• Events and Meetings• Coordinate Agendas, Attendees and Logistics
• Assist with meeting planning include key Nielsen Client Committees
• Venues and Catering
• A/V Support and Materials
• Room Setups
• Attendee participation
• Followups
• Process Leadership• Documentation
• Issue Resolution
• Workflow Coordination
• Process Improvements where necessary
