Job Description

Role Summary 

We seek a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Ethics & Compliance Programs Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative compliance processes across our Ethics & Compliance function. This role is pivotal in transforming key compliance controls, with a strong focus on ABAC & Export Compliance, through process optimization, technology enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work with E & C subject matter experts to architect comprehensive compliance solutions that leverage ServiceNow and AI capabilities to build a state-of-the-art compliance controls and processes. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and develop core Ethics & Compliance program processes, translating compliance requirements into scalable, user-friendly workflows that enhance organizational risk management 
• Collaborate with E & C SMEs across multiple domains to understand compliance challenges and opportunities, serving as a connector between technical teams and business stakeholders 
• Lead the automation and digitalization of compliance processes using ServiceNow tools, AI functionality, and other enterprise platforms to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve compliance visibility 
• Develop and execute multi-year compliance program roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy and regulatory evolution 
• Identify and facilitate integration opportunities between compliance processes and business operations, connecting SMEs with relevant teams to drive adoption and sustainable implementation 
• Manage end-to-end program initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met 
• Support the continuous improvement of compliance processes through monitoring, feedback collection, and iterative enhancements 
• Communicate program status, milestones, and recommendations to E & C leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
