Job Description
Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders.Validate order details, pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements.Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for order fulfillment.Monitor order status and provide updates to customers.Resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, and customer inquiries.Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.).Track backorders and ensure timely resolution.Generate order management and performance reports.Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
