Job PurposeTo manage end-to-end warehouse and fulfilment operations, ensuring accurate inventory, timely order fulfilment, efficient manpower utilisation, proper documentation, and smooth movement of materials from vendor receipt to school delivery and returns.
Key Responsibilities• Manage inward receipt, physical verification, GRN, labelling, rack/bin allocation and storage of materials across product verticals.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through Zoho Books, Excel MIS, cycle counts and physical stock audits.
• Supervise picking, packing, kitting and dispatch for student, school, partner and project orders, ensuring timely and error-free fulfilment.
• Ensure proper stock identification and edition/batch control, including serial number/IMEI tracking for devices.
• Manage school and vendor returns, replacements and faulty materials through inspection, segregation, reconciliation, restocking or quarantine.
• Coordinate with transporters and internal teams to track LR/AWB, dispatches and deliveries.
• Plan manpower, shifts and daily work allocation during peak seasons; train temporary staff on warehouse SOPs.
• Lead and supervise Production Associates and housekeeping personnel, including productivity, attendance, discipline and daily targets.
• Conduct stock reconciliation and investigate inventory variances, damages, shortages, slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
• Ensure warehouse safety, housekeeping, 5S, PPE and fire-safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Support, Product, Finance and other departments to resolve stock, fulfilment and delivery issues.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement improvements to reduce wrong dispatches, material damage, inventory variance, rework and delivery delays.

Key Skills & Competencies• Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Ability to supervise teams, plan manpower and manage seasonal workload peaks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Zoho and MIS reporting for stock tracking and documentation.
• Experience in stock reconciliation, inventory accuracy and serialized inventory management.
• Strong leadership, people-handling, communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of 5S, Lean practices and warehouse safety standards.
• Exposure to B2B/institutional supply operations is preferred.
• Good command of English and the local language.
• 5S/Lean or safety certification and institutional supply experience will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or degree in supply chain or logistics is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of warehouse experience, including 1–2 years as a supervisor or team lead.
• Experience in e-commerce, book distribution, electronics or kitting-based fulfilment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of WMS/Zoho Books, MS Excel and dispatch documents (invoices, e-way bills,
• GRNs, challans).

Working Conditions
• Primarily on the warehouse floor. Extended shifts, weekends or overtime may be needed during peak
• Academic seasons. PPE and site safety rules apply.
