We’re looking for three Venture Investment Managers to steer our venture-building portfolio—translating market insights into bold investment proposals and driving sustainable value creation. Each position focuses on a different area of domain expertise:

Your Responsibilities

• Investment Leadership: Lead the full investment lifecycle—from opportunity identification and due diligence to term sheet negotiation and closing.
• Investment Thesis Development: Continuously refine and evolve investment theses to guide venture-building activities and identify future growth opportunities.
• Portfolio Stewardship: Oversee and actively manage our venture portfolio, ensuring strong strategic alignment and maximizing long-term value creation across multiple ventures.
• Venture Governance: Monitor venture performance at portfolio level, focusing on key milestones, value inflection points, and strategic fit.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as a key advisor in investment committees and on venture boards, providing high-level guidance and ensuring alignment with Bosch’s strategic goals.
• Competitive Advantage Enablement: Ensure the effective use of Bosch’s unique assets (IP, market access, capabilities) to strengthen the competitive positioning of portfolio ventures.
• Ecosystem Engagement: Build and maintain a strong network within the venture capital and startup ecosystem to unlock deal flow, partnerships, and co-investment opportunities.
• Stakeholder Empowerment: Align internal stakeholders, championing the venture-building and investing approach across the organization.
