Working Student Maintenance Planning
Job Description
• Ensuring the availability of spare parts required for production and maintenance activities.
• Analyzing spare parts requirements and initiating purchase or repair orders based on maintenance and production requests.
• Collaborating with maintenance engineers, suppliers, and procurement teams to evaluate offers and identify the most suitable solutions.
• Monitoring spare parts inventory levels, stock movements, and consumption trends to optimize stock availability and costs.
• Supporting BOM analysis and spare parts allocation according to equipment requirements and maintenance specifications.
• Managing spare parts master data, including material creation, price updates, and classification according to internal standards (MAZE, FHMI, HIBE, consumables).
• Organizing the repair process for defective spare parts and supporting the identification of equivalent solutions for obsolete components.
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of physical stock, performing stock corrections, and participating in annual inventory activities.
• Preparing regular reports regarding spare parts consumption, inventory status, costs, and budget planning.
• Following up on delayed deliveries and supporting communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting continuous improvement activities related to spare parts management, inventory optimization, and maintenance processes.
• Working daily with SAP and other internal systems for spare parts and inventory management.
