Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Specialist to join our growing
team. The ideal candidate has experience in sales or pre-sales roles preferably within
high-growth EdTech, SaaS, or inside-sales driven organizations. They should possess strong
consultative selling skills, proficiency with CRM tools, and the ability to engage effectively with
prospects while driving revenue growth and business outcomes.
● Designation - Program Advisor (Pre-Sales)
● Role Type - Full Time
● Location - Bangalore (Koramangala)
● Working days - Sunday to Thursday
● Shift schedule - Night Shift
● Shift duration - 10 hrs
Key Responsibilities
● Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead requirements and the funnel.
● Qualify leads by driving strong discovery calls, mapping the learner's needs to
the product USPs
● Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities, proposals, and interactions in
CRM systems.
● Own the Lead-to-Webinar Attendance/Meeting journey to improve the top of the
funnel.
● Drive revenue generation from webinar attendance/meetings booked, in
collaboration with the sales team.
● Maintain minimum daily inputs required to improve Lead-to-Webinar
Attendance-to-Enrollment journey.
● Work closely with product and marketing teams to create relevant sales
collaterals, decks, and demos.
Required Skills & Experience
● 1–2 years of experience in B2C inside sales, business development, or
pre-sales roles.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
● Comfort with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
● Ability to work collaboratively across sales, marketing, and product teams.
