Global Marketing Analyst
Job Description
Join our global marketing organization, where you will be responsible for financial steering, budget management, cost tracking, ROI monitoring of strategic investments, and consolidation of marketing KPIs in close collaboration with Finance and Performance teams.
Your tasks:
• Act as the primary interface between Global Marketing, Finance and Controlling, ensuring alignment, standardization and compliance with budgeting and financial governance processes
• Coordinate global marketing budget planning, forecasting and cost tracking, while identifying deviations, risks and cost optimization opportunities
• Manage and monitor project budgets, business cases and investment requests, including ROI evaluation and post-implementation performance reviews
• Consolidate and analyze global marketing KPIs, sales potential targets, campaign performance and financial data to provide transparent management reporting
• Translate marketing activities and strategic initiatives into measurable financial impact, actionable insights and recommendations for senior management
• Develop standardized reporting structures, dashboards and planning frameworks to support data-driven decision-making across regions and business units
