Job Description
WHAT DOES AN ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, STRATEGIC PLANNING DO?
Acting as the voice of the consumer at EVERSANA INTOUCH, an Associate Director Strategic Planning will work on a variety of projects guided by a tenured Planning Director or Group Planning Director. This person will provide research, insight and strategic guidance to a variety of accounts, consumer profiles and industry verticals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partners with creative, subject matter experts and account management peers to develop ideas and orchestrate planning and analytical activity for healthcare/pharma accounts
• Synthesizes data and insights to drive integrated strategy development, comprehensive multichannel plans and creative ideas
• Works with cross-functional team to develop brand strategies, digital cross-channel strategies, creative briefs, customer journeys and ecosystems
• Establishes strong collaborative relationship within the groups and externally with key agency and client partners to consistently elevate the quality of thinking and ideas applied to the client business
• Directs strategic key components of the client business and actively engages client
• Leads multiple, simultaneous projects and assignments including delegating as appropriate
• Takes lead on all annual planning deliverables
• Identifies opportunities for improvement, organic growth and workflow efficiencies of agency
• Starts to develop and actively participate in the development of POVs, channel/tactical plans, patient journeys and digital ecosystems
• Actively supports new business activity where required Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
