Job Description
• As an ESS ID&F; Senior Solutions Engineer you will be a critical partner in the development and release of our ID&F; products.
• You will be a trusted advisor to regional delivery teams representing them during the software development lifecycle, providing operational guidance, product consultancy and supporting client incidents.
• You will contribute to the success of the ID&F; business through AI native automation and new ideas improvements.
• Furthermore, you will be curious and striving to understand the customers' product needs and challenges.
• You will report to a Senior Manager
• You will WFO 2 days a week as its Hybrid working
