AI Engineer
Job Description
**Core Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement GenAI solutions tailored to business requirements
• Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models using industry best practices
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and comprehensive model evaluation
• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using advanced techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using Azure-native tools, implementing semantic search and chunking strategies
• Integrate vector storage solutions (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Milvus) for efficient data retrieval
• Orchestrate AI workflows using Prompt Flow and Azure OpenAI Service (GPT-4o and related models) via Python SDKs
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to enhance model performance and user experience
• Collaborate with software development teams to seamlessly integrate AI models into user-facing applications
• Leverage Python and ML libraries (Hugging Face, Scikit-learn, LangChain) to build scalable solutions
