• Develop and enforce best practices for system interoperability, data transformation, and monitoring across enterprise systems

• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across systems and workflows

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of experience in systems integration or backend engineering roles, with a focus on EDI integrations

• Deep expertise in EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and familiarity with key transaction sets used in supply chain and finance workflows

• Hands-on experience with EDI platforms or integration tools (e.g., Cleo, SPS Commerce, Boomi, Orderful, MuleSoft, Workato)

• Strong proficiency in data transformation and mapping technologies, and understanding of structured data formats such as JSON, XML, and flat files

• Familiarity with backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and experience building or managing APIs

• Familiarity with ERP, logistics, and finance systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar

• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage integration projects end-to-end

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in high-growth environments with complex business systems and data ecosystems

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions
