About the role / 职位描述

Responsible for coordinating with sales and customers to launch new programs or items for production in any of the IBMD global manufacturing units, completing sampling according to customer needs, and assisting in providing essential information required for production. 负责协调与销售部门及客户的沟通，推进全球产地新产品与新项目的开发与上线生产，按客户需求完成样品制作，并协助提供生产所需的关键资讯。

Key Responsibilities / 工作职责

• Work independently with sales/customer on new item development or revision; manage global programs with cross-functional teams to ensure a timely and successful rollout. / 独立协助销售部门完成新产品开发/更新，以及跨部门合作确保全球性项目的顺利开展。

• Coordinate complete and consistent information flow for new item/program and global product changes from sales force/customer/global coordinator to process owners (business units, production, pre-press, formatting, programming). / 将来自销售/客户的新产品或产品变更的完整信息提供给相关处理部门（客服/生产/排版/程序）。

• Ensure timely delivery of quotation, samples, and proofs to sales and/or customers. / 及时提供报价、样品及图稿给销售/客户。

• Collect and calculate global prices and provide global margin analysis, strategic advice to relevant parties when necessary. / 核算全球产品价格，提供价格分析和战略性建议给相关部门。

• Coordinate timely and consistent availability of product information (samples/proofs/formats/data integrity tests/ink draw downs) to global manufacturing sites. / 提供完整有效的产品信息和标准给全球生产部门，确保全球产品质量的一致性。

• Familiar with product knowledge, development process, and well master of related systems to ensure correct setup. / 熟悉产品知识、工作流程，熟练系统操作以确保正确的产品设置。

• Able to analyze with logical thinking, identify root causes, and provide alternative & suitable solutions; escalate issues to senior level when necessary. / 能运用逻辑思考去分析问题，发现问题并提供有效且合适的解决方案，有需要时积极反馈问题并寻求上级的帮助。

• Support other tasks assigned by supervisor. / 完成上司安排的其他工作。
