• Produce practical user guidance and training content to support solution rollout and adoption across the Central Sales team.
• Support demonstrations, training sessions, workshops and knowledge-sharing activities across Central Sales and the wider Bosch UK network.

• Engage the user community after launch, monitor utilisation and identify opportunities to improve or scale solutions.
AI Capability Development

• Develop knowledge of emerging AI technologies and assess their practical relevance to Central Sales processes and customer-facing activities.
• Share reusable approaches, lessons learned and good practice with colleagues and relevant Bosch UK communities.
• Contribute to a Central Sales pipeline of AI opportunities and support prioritisation based on value, feasibility, risk and scalability.
