Job Description
岗位职责
• 负责自动驾驶时空联合规划算法的设计与研发，攻坚复杂路况下的lane change，bypass/nudge，merge等横向功能，提升整体算法的安全性、稳定性与泛化能力。
• 负责DDP/ILQR等求解器的设计与优化，完成规划问题建模、目标函数与约束设计、Solver 调优及数值稳定性分析。
• 负责 End-to-End Planning 与传统优化规划的融合，针对模型输出设计横向轨迹优化、约束处理、安全增强及后处理策略。
• 负责规划算法量产落地及性能优化，针对不同计算平台进行算法裁剪与优化，解决实时性、资源占用及复杂场景疑难问题。
