• Support targeted email campaigns, account-based outreach, lead management and sales enablement activities.
• Help coordinate client events and webinars, working with sales teams and subject-matter experts.
• Maintain organised and up-to-date sales content and identify useful topics, content gaps and opportunities for reuse.
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to more efficient processes and ways of working.
What we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, market research, economics, analytics or a related field.
• Approximately 3-4 years of relevant experience in insights, market research, analytics, B2B marketing, outreach, sales enablement or project coordination.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn information into clear business implications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders across teams and markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Nice to have
• Experience with FMCG, consumer intelligence, market research or client-facing insights.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation or sales-acceleration tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience supporting outreach campaigns, events or webinars.
• Experience with Power BI, generative AI tools or NielsenIQ data and solutions.
What we offer
• An international and multicultural working environment.
• A varied role combining analytical thinking, commercial impact and client activation.
• Hybrid working possibilities and opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues.
• Seniority and vacation allowance, Easter and Christmas bonuses, annual medical check, transportation allowance and volunteer time off, in line with local company policy.
