Responsibilities 

职责

•New Product Industrialization Leadership: Lead the industrialization of new products from design phase to serial production readiness. Coordinate process planning, equipment specification, plant layout, and capacity planning in alignment with project milestones. Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D;, quality, and logistics to ensure on-time project delivery.

新产品工业化主导：主导新产品从设计阶段到量产准备全过程的工业化。协调工艺规划、设备规格、厂房布局和产能规划，与项目里程碑对齐。推动与研发、质量和物流的跨部门协作，确保项目按时交付。

•Process Development & Release: Responsible for process design, validation, and formal release for new production lines. Develop and maintain CP, FMEA, work instructions, and process documentation. Lead process capability validation, customer sample submission (PPAP), and process audit activities to achieve serial release per Bosch standards.

工艺开发与放行：负责新产线的工艺设计、验证和正式放行。开发和维护CP、FMEA、作业指导书及过程文档。主导过程能力验证、客户样件提交（PPAP）和过程审核活动，按博世标准达成量产放行。

•Team Management & Ramp-up Support: Lead and develop the SE team, including task allocation, competency building, and performance management. Support production ramp-up by resolving technical issues, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement during the transition from industrialization to serial production.

团队管理与爬坡支持：领导和培养SE团队，包括任务分配、能力建设和绩效管理。通过解决技术问题、监控KPI、推动持续改进，支持量产爬坡，保障从工业化到量产的平稳过渡。

•Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.
