Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
• Act as a key driver of process quality assurance in serial production, ensuring compliance with quality standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead and support structured problem-solving activities (8D /FTA / ...), coordinating cross-functional teams in root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and effectiveness validation.
• Monitor and drive performance against key quality indicators, ensuring achievement of organizational quality targets and fostering operational excellence.
• Coordinate process and product approval activities, engineering changes (ERC), and industrialization initiatives, ensuring robust and sustainable manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of production processes through the application of quality methodologies and tools such as FMEA, SPC, Poka-Yoke, and statistical process control.
• Ensure the implementation and validation of quality control plans and testing strategies, proactively identifying deviations and driving effective containment actions.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization to support strategic quality, innovation, and digitalization projects, contributing to plant performance and customer
