About The Role
We are seeking a strategic Operations Manager to join our Provider Core Ops Systems Implementation team. In this role, you will lead and scale our Systems Architecture team, driving the operational strategy and multi-system integrations that power Lyra’s provider network platform. You will serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, partnering directly with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations leaders to solve complex infrastructure challenges and ensure seamless, sustainable data flows across provider-facing systems.
Core Focus Areas
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Systems Architecture leads and individual contributors.
Architectural Ownership: Independently own complex cross-system integrations and multi-tool data pipelines across Workday, Salesforce, and downstream platforms.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Translate Clinical and Operations strategy into actionable technical roadmaps while resolving cross-departmental bottlenecks.
Responsibilities:
•
People Management & Team Leadership: Serve as direct people manager to the Product Implementation pillar within Provider Core Ops. Develop tactical team plans, delegate effectively, and invest in team culture, performance, and career development.
•
End-to-End Product Implementation: Own the operational strategy and execution of product and policy changes across the full product lifecycle. Ensure internal provider and external client/partner audiences are enabled for success.
•
Cross-Functional Strategic Unblocking: Act as the primary operational liaison to Product, Tech, and Clinical leadership. Poke holes early in product development, surface risk, reconcile program goals with macro business goals, and align competing stakeholder priorities.
•
Playbook Development & Continuous Improvement: Evolve and maintain standardized product development and launch playbooks to support rapid platform growth across diverse service lines and provider network structures.
•
Systems & Product Synergy: Work in tandem with the Systems Architecture pillar to ensure user-facing product features map seamlessly to underlying data infrastructure.
•
Change Management & Strategic Communications: Oversee implementation comms and enablement strategies to ensure providers and clinical ops teams navigate platform shifts smoothly and feel supported in delivering care.
Qualifications:
•
Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in Product Operations, Clinical Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related high-growth digital health/healthcare function.
•
People Leadership: Proven track record as a direct people manager with demonstrated success setting operational roadmaps, delegating effectively, managing senior ICs, and mentoring team members.
•
Product & Systems Acumen: Deep experience navigating the software development lifecycle, product rollouts, and tech stacks (Salesforce, EHR, Zendesk, Asana, Jira).
•
Healthcare & Clinical Context: Direct experience working closely with clinicians, care providers, or clinical leadership in a healthcare or digital health setting; deep understanding of how to balance clinical workflows with product growth goals.
•
Strategic Communication & XFN Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to storytell, manage senior executive/XFN stakeholders, and negotiate competing priorities across departments.
•
Operational Insight: Strong analytical acumen and fluency with operational and product health metrics to evaluate launch success, measure adoption, and continuously refine processes.
