Job Description

We're looking for a commercially minded Pricing Manager to join us in a highly visible individual contributor role, providing pricing expertise across a complex global business operating within a sophisticated matrix environment.

As a subject matter expert, you will lead and support strategic pricing initiatives across multiple markets, products, and stakeholder groups. You'll combine advanced pricing analytics, commercial judgement, and exceptional influencing skills to drive pricing maturity, shape pricing strategy, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys challenging established thinking, and has a track record of delivering pricing transformation and commercial impact through data-driven decision making.

Reporting to the Head of Pricing & Insights, you will partner with senior commercial, product, finance, sales, and strategy leaders globally to ensure pricing reflects customer value, business objectives, and market dynamics.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex global pricing programmes and strategic pricing projects, acting as the pricing SME across a broad portfolio of products and services.
• Develop and implement sophisticated pricing strategies that optimise value capture, improve commercial performance, and support long-term business objectives.
• Design and execute advanced pricing analytics, including price optimisation, segmentation, elasticity modelling, willingness-to-pay assessments, and commercial scenario modelling.
• Build and apply statistical and machine learning models to improve pricing decisions, customer segmentation, and revenue outcomes.
• Drive pricing maturity across the organisation through leadership of pricing change initiatives, frameworks, governance, tools, and best practices.
• Influence, challenge, and advise senior stakeholders on pricing decisions, balancing analytical insight with commercial pragmatism.
• Lead pricing experimentation programmes, including conjoint analysis, A/B testing, pilots, and market-based pricing studies.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear commercial recommendations for executive audiences.
• Collaborate across global, cross-functional teams within a complex matrix environment to implement pricing initiatives and realise business value. Advise to commercial and product leaders, helping embed value-based pricing principles throughout the organisation.
