Job Description
• Drive business value through Dangerous Goods Management services, aligned with the overall process and Master Data strategy.
• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Dangerous Goods Master Data and IT process solutions at global level.
• Perform service and project management activities, including coordination of meetings, risk assessments, preparation activities, and follow-up actions.
• Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to Dangerous Goods Management.
• Support data cleansing and Master Data Management activities to ensure data quality, consistency, and process compliance.
• Plan, coordinate, and support testing, migration, and end-user training activities.
• Organize and facilitate review and alignment meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Create and maintain service, project, and process documentation, ensuring transparency and traceability throughout the service lifecycle.
