Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated Parts Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our parts business. If you enjoy building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities and finding the right solutions for customers, this could be the opportunity for you!
What you’ll be doing
No two days will be the same! You’ll be helping our customers get the parts they need while identifying opportunities to grow our business.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers to support repeat business and sales growth.
• Identifying new sales opportunities and helping expand our customer base.
• Preparing quotations and tenders, supporting sales negotiations and ensuring commercially sound outcomes.
• Working closely with our Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure parts are available and delivered on time.
• Monitoring orders, stock levels and sales activity to help keep things running smoothly.
• Following up on invoices and outstanding payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Keeping up to date with customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
