We have done 15,000+ hair transplants.ABOUT THE ROLEYou will run one Berkowits clinic like your own business. You will lead the clinic team, make sure every client gets great service, and grow the clinic's revenue.WHAT YOU WILL DO•     Lead the full clinic team: consultants, doctors, technicians and front desk.•     Hold a short team meeting every morning and set daily goals.•     Help the clinic achieve its targets, including monthly revenue and new-client targets.•     Give consultations for hair and skin services and close treatment packages.•     Make sure every service is safe, clean and on time, as per Berkowits SOPs.•     Solve client complaints quickly and politely.•     Track daily sales, appointments and follow-up calls, and share reports with the Cluster Manager.•     Train and guide your team, and manage attendance, stock and clinic upkeep.WHAT YOU GET•     Annual CTC of ₹6 Lakh to ₹8 Lakh per year, based on your experience and interview.•     A significant variable pay component linked to your performance.•     Assured incentives at the branch level.•     Quarterly leaves that you can use without a full-day salary deduction.•     Full training on Berkowits treatments, processes and systems.•     A clear growth path: Branch Manager → Senior Branch Manager (larger clinics) → Cluster / Zonal roles.WHO CAN APPLYMust have•     8 to 10 years of total experience, including team handling.•     Sales and client-handling experience in a hair, skin or aesthetic clinic.•     A good record of meeting monthly sales targets.•     Graduate or MBA.•     Comfortable working on weekends.Good to have•     Knowledge of treatments like laser hair reduction, PRP, hair transplant and hair replacement.•     Experience with clinic software or CRM tools.•     Can speak the local regional language along with Hindi and English.HOW TO APPLYClick Apply on this page, or send your CV to jobs@berkowits.in with the subject line "Branch Manager - NasikBerkowits is an equal opportunity employer.
