The Commercial team shapes and grows Grab's business in Singapore. We ensure close partnership with F&B;, Enterprise Retail merchant accounts, and FMCG businesses. We develop plans and strategies to grow their sales and meet their needs across the different services in Grab, such as Ads, Pay, and Express.

Get to Know the Role

Intern, you will support merchant growth operations in Singapore through merchant communication, account coordination, data management, and internal service delivery. You will work with Account Managers across teams to maintain accurate account information, support merchant onboarding, monitor account performance, and identify opportunities for account growth.

This full-time internship runs from January to May / June 2026, fully on-site.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will support Account Managers with merchant communications, routine enquiries, account reviews, and escalation of complex matters.
• You will prepare and maintain account documentation, proposals, presentations, reports, and client-interaction summaries.
• You will maintain accurate and up-to-date merchant information in the CRM system and other relevant databases.
• You will coordinate with other teams to support merchant onboarding, account transitions, and timely service delivery.
• You will monitor account activities and performance, identify issues or opportunities, and provide clear updates to the account management team.
• You will support the planning and delivery of Merchant Growth team events and activations.
