Job Description
Job Summary
RBCD/LOC, Responsible for logistics cost controlling, including business planning and budgeting, cost reporting and monitoring, project ROI calculation, payment and charge back tracking, material scrap cost tracking, and detective control over logistics related costs to ensure cost visibility, accuracy and cost reduction support.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Quarterly logistics business planning and budgeting
• Weekly release logistics cost report
• Monitor & control cost to meet business target
• Calculate ROI for projects
• Billing verification w/ GS/OSD or LSP
• Trace/track with LSP/CF for payment status, payment tracking (charge back)
• Verify iStar No. with billing report from LSP for deviation report & share the result internally
• Follow up iStar application with actual billing amount
• PDCA tracking for deviation cases of customs declared and billing amount
• Penalty verification with KPI report
• Audit responsibility for total logistics cost.
• Material scrap cost tracking
• Conduct detective control for logistics related cost
