Job Description
• Responsible for maintenance for the building & grounding: door system, canteen equipment, grounding (floor, barrier, fence, road, carpet…), infrastructure & construction (handrail, ladder, wall, window, sign board…), roof & downspout (concrete/steel roof, gutter, water proofing layer…), drainage system (rain drainage pit, trench).
• Document control & tool management (review trouble record, follow up and handle issue until to the end, tracking document to make sure available for audit, tool management, plan for inspection as legal requirement)
• Contractor management (contractor management without violation, comply work permit, ensure quality; work with contractor for survey, quotation)
• Others task as assigned.
