Focus Tasks
-Documenting and tracking of OPL of regional topics
- Change Management key processes: TOM, ONE MK, ONE SME, VCP Cadence / Drumbeat
- Target deployment (OKR) and follow up of target achievement.
- VCP Coordination and tracking
- Prepare Communication Content for Town Hall Meetings and Newsletter
Job Responsibility:
- Support RP and take responsibility for the AA Leadership meetings and follow ups
- Maintain close contact with HUBs regionally and handle other related topics
- Evaluate and create decision-making templates.
- Prepare and follow up on internal meetings (e.g., iBVS) and workshops with international participants at different locations.
- Support in internal communication to the team
- Support regional strategy concepts and prepare documents for internal strategic meetings like the "Business Strategy Meeting."
- Actively participate in projects, initiatives, and communication events.
