Job Description
• Assist in delivery and receiving insurance related documents (PVI Insurance, Social/ Health/ Unemployment insurances).
• Assist in process tax documents
• Check and prepare HR-related documents
• Consult associates for HR topic at the HRS counter and by email (such as welfare, dependent, social insurance, payslip...)
• Support to collect and input data for monthly salary period.
• Pfile and e-file: Be responsible for filling both hard and soft copies.
• Other ad hoc tasks from supervisor
