GrabRentals is Grab's in-house vehicle rental business, providing private-hire cars and taxis to driver-partners on daily rental contracts. We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Partnership Intern to join our dynamic team in Singapore.

Get to Know the Role

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, partnerships, and the dynamic ride-hailing and vehicle rental industry. You will contribute to impactful marketing campaigns, partnership projects, and driver-focused projects. This is a fully onsite role based at Grab@OneNorth, and a full-time internship that runs from January 2027 (6 months).

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will develop and implement marketing strategies for GrabRentals and GrabCab, creating engaging content across social media and digital channels to grow brand awareness.
• You will conduct market research and data analysis to identify industry trends, map the driver lifecycle, and pinpoint specific areas for service optimization.
• You will support the execution and tracking of co-branded projects and partnerships, providing data-driven insights to evaluate their effectiveness.
• You will collaborate across Product, Operations, and Business teams, and external partners, to ensure seamless project delivery and impactful results.
• You will take an active role in the organisation and execution of marketing and partnership events, ensuring that you achieve logistical requirements and brand goals.
