Job Description
高品質車載SOC製品の組立工程生産技術、新製品AI関連パワーモジュールライン立上を行う。
・担当技術：生産技術（プロセス、設備、材料）
・担当製品：車載SOC、AI関連パワーモジュール
・担当業務：大分工場で生産している車載SOC製品の生産性、品質及び歩留の改善活動を行う。また、新開発のAI関連パワーモジュール組立ラインの立上業務を行う。
