Job Description
The Senior Consultant, Transitions will independently lead large and complex BPM/BPO transitions across multiple engagements including large RFP, RFI, from project sign-off through go-live and stabilisation, end to end Transition. The role involves managing transition teams, resolving delivery issues, coordinating technology and transformation dependencies, and building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. The incumbent will be accountable for achieving financial, customer experience and operational objectives, ensuring adherence to the organisation’s transition methodology, and driving continuous improvement. The role will also support business development by developing and reviewing transition solutions for new opportunities, assessing deliverability, identifying gaps, supporting RFPs and presenting solutions to prospective clients.
