Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define next-generation platform requirements and product roadmaps for electric motors and eAxle, aligned with market trends, customer needs, and regional regulations.
Technology Management & Innovation:
Identify technology trends and innovation opportunities, define technology priorities, and drive the translation of innovation into competitive products.
Customer Strategy & Business Acquisition: 50%
Define regional and customer-specific business strategies, support pre-selling activities, and drive new business acquisition through innovative product solutions.
Market Intelligence & Benchmarking:
Monitor market and regulatory developments, analyze competitor products and technologies, and identify opportunities to strengthen product competitiveness.
