Job Description
• Manage assigned development activities to meet project milestones, deliverables, cost targets, and production release schedules.
• Support silicon characterization, design verification, correlation, and production qualification activities to ensure test coverage, quality, and manufacturability.
• Analyze complex technical issues and implement effective corrective actions to minimize quality, cost, and schedule risks.
• Provide technical guidance, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices across the engineering organization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, test cost reduction, productivity, and operational excellence.
