Job Description

The Strategic Sourcing Manager shapes the company’s global supply base through strategic sourcing, supplier leadership, and cost management. This role develops category strategies, secures contracts, and unlocks supplier-enabled innovation to deliver measurable savings and mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain (optimize) global commodity strategies and 3~5 years sourcing roadmaps.
• Lead supplier selection, RFI/RFP/RFQ, and negotiations for LTAs.
• Drive supplier segmentation, QBRs, and corrective action plans.
• Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and productivity targets.
• Identify and mitigate risks across capacity, supply continuity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Ops, and R&D; for innovation and design-to-cost.
• Regularly develop and update the critical materials’ market intelligence reports through AI tools analysis
