Job Description
• Demand alignment with sales manager and supply planning mainly from Bosch plants
• Create delivery plans
• Daily contact with the sales department, product managers and suppliers to fulfill orders and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Analyze key metric customer service level and find measures for improvements
• ABC Classification of parts
• Analyze, plan and track key planning parameters (safety stock, lead time, min lot size, rounding value etc.) for optimization of customer service and inventory level
• Manage bottleneck situations and supply concerns
• Coordinate physical movement of material
• Key user of planning tool Maestro (or any other planning tool with interest of developing to a Maestro key user)
• Participation in improvement projects aimed at automating and optimizing activities
