Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, or Sunnyvale
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Employee Communications team as a Senior Communications Manager 2 focused on enterprise-wide communications that support key workforce programs, initiatives, and priorities.
In this role, you'll serve as a strategic communications partner to our Performance Management and Compensation teams, shaping communications that drive awareness, understanding, and engagement with programs that impact our employees and their careers. You'll also lead LinkedIn's enterprise People Leader Communications strategy, developing clear and compelling communications that help equip people leaders to understand, communicate, and take action on key workforce priorities.
You'll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to translate complex people programs and strategies into communications that resonate with employees and people leaders. You'll also lead and support other priority HR communications, including organizational change and issues management, with opportunities to scale your impact across LinkedIn.
We're looking for a dynamic communicator with deep business acumen, strong HR and employee communications experience, and a track record of advising senior leaders and navigating complex stakeholder environments. You bring a passion for storytelling, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to turn complex topics into clear, thoughtful communications that inspire understanding and action.
If you're energized by the opportunity to lead with influence, shape enterprise communications strategy, and help employees and people leaders feel informed and connected to the programs that shape their careers, we'd love to meet you.
