Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Account Manager (m/w/d) with 10+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, and business development within the IT services or software industry. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive domain expertise, an established network of senior client stakeholders, and a proven track record of driving account growth and winning large deals.
Responsibilities
• Define and execute the account growth strategy in alignment with Nagarro's business objectives and growth targets.
• Drive business development and revenue growth for strategic automotive accounts.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and establish strong CXO-level connections within target accounts.
• Leverage existing client networks and industry relationships to accelerate business growth and generate new opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue large strategic deals across Cloud, Data, AI, and IT services.
• Position Nagarro's technology and digital transformation capabilities to address client business needs.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent account expansion and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal sales, delivery, and technology teams to develop compelling client propositions and winning deal strategies.
• Establish Nagarro as a trusted technology and strategic business partner for key automotive clients.
