We are currently seeking a Deputy Chief Engineer to join our vibrant team. As a Deputy Chief Engineer you play a vital role in ensuring our properties deliver an experience beyond expectation, creating memorable moments for our guests.
• Manage day-to-day engineering operations and maintenance.
• Monitor energy management, energy conservation, and utility consumption.
• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical systems, HT/LT panels, UPS, and DG sets.
• Supervise HLP, WTP, and STP operations.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and timely breakdown rectification.
• Handle Fire & Life Safety (FLS), statutory audits, compliance, and safety requirements.
• Manage engineering projects, vendor coordination, and team supervision.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of all engineering systems and maintain guest comfort.
