Job Description
• Implement sales activities to achieve FA sales target (i.e. Rev, IO, AR, Inventory, New Focus Customer, etc.).开展销售活动以达成FA销售指标 (例如：销售额，订单，应收款，库存，新重点客户等等）。
• Identify and seize cross-selling opportunities of customers to ensure DC’s maximum share.识别并抓住客户端的跨产品销售机会，确保DC的产品份额最大化。
• Understand and align BU profitable growth strategy (including application, product, pricing, after-market) to drive success in responsible area.理解并协同执行与BU共同认可的盈利增长策略(包括应用，产品，定价，售后市场)以推动负责区域业务取得成功。
• Conduct thorough market analysis and stay abreast of customer trends to define business decisions.进行深入的市场分析，了解客户发展趋势，以制订业务发展决策。
• Development new sales partner focus on linear products.开发线性产品新的销售伙伴。
