Get to know the role:

At the intersection of advanced analytics and project management, you will turn data into measurable platform growth. You will uncover applicable insights—such as promo optimization, churn reduction, and customer segmentation—and lead cross-functional execution across Product, Marketing, Operations, Merchant, and Driver teams.

The daily activities:

• Lead a team to guide overall platform growth using a provided budget.
• Develop growth and go-to-market strategies that strengthen GrabFood's market leadership while hitting unit economic and P&L; targets.
• Track performance and analyze short to medium term insights or issues improving demand growth. This includes P&L; performance, customer segmentation, conversion funnel optimization, churn analysis, market scans, competitor, experimentation analyses and others.
• Partner with other teams to build forecasting models and analyze data to predict customer demand.
• Create balanced discount and delivery pricing that attracts customers without hurting long-term profitability.
• Forecast and manage ongoing budgets for promos and projects to keep spend on track.
• Manage projects from end to end in collaboration with partners.
• Build presentations to influence partners and ensure data-driven decision-making.
