We have done 15,000+ hair transplants.ABOUT THE ROLEYou will plan and perform FUE hair transplant surgeries with a trained technician team, and give every client a safe surgery and a natural result.
WHAT YOU WILL DO•     Assess clients for hair transplant: hair loss grade, donor area and graft estimate.•     Design natural hairlines and explain the plan, results and recovery clearly.•     Give local anaesthesia and perform FUE extraction and implantation.•     Lead the OT team and make sure every surgery is sterile and safe.•     Manage post-surgery care, follow-ups and any complications.•     Keep consent forms, clinical notes and before/after photos for every client.•     Support consultations and help clients decide on the right treatment.•     Help the clinic achieve its targets.WHAT YOU GET•     Annual CTC of ₹9 Lakh to ₹12 Lakh per year, based on your experience and interview.•     A significant variable pay component linked to your performance.•     Quarterly leaves that you can use without a full-day salary deduction.•     Full training on Berkowits treatments, processes and systems.•     A clear growth path: Senior surgeon and lead clinical roles.
WHO CAN APPLYMust have•     MBBS or MDS with a valid registration.•     3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in hair transplant surgery (FUE).•     Good hairline design skills.•     Comfortable working on weekends.Good to have•     Experience with implanter pens (DHI technique).•     Experience in PRP and GFC for hair loss.•     Before/after case photos of your own work.
