Job Description
• Support the delivery of client instructions, product coding, and data input validation across specific industries or categories (e.g., Beverages, Food, Health & Beauty Products)
• Ensure data integrity throughout all stages of data processing
• Verify the accuracy and validity of processed data
• Assist in investigating, resolving, and checking data quality issues raised by supervisors or clients
• Maintain strong working relationships and open communication across relevant Operations teams to meet client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to all regional and global operational standards consistently
• Provide support for departmental or cross-team projects and perform other duties as required
